Courtland Holman resigns from top FEDC role

The city of Floresville will begin a search for a new economic development director. Courtland Holman, executive director of the Floresville Economic Development Corp. (FEDC), has resigned. Although he was not looking for a change, the city of Wharton made him an offer too good to turn down, he told the Wilson County News. Holman took the lead with the FEDC in March; he came to the city from a similar role in Dickinson.
