Stockdale plans to expand Central Park fishing pond

Improvements planned for Stockdale’s Central Park will, among other things, double the size of the fishing pond. Board members of the Stockdale Economic Development Corp. (SEDC) met Jan. 14 and unanimously approved funds up to 0,000 for upgrades to the park’s pond that will include expansion of the water feature from 2 acres to 4 and add a bridge and restrooms.
