Wilson County Elections Office faces challenge

Problems with electronic software used by Dallas County in last November’s election could have an impact on how the next election in Wilson County signs in voters. The Texas Secretary of State has decertified Election Systems & Software (ES&S) electronic pollbooks, which Dallas County used to check in registered voters, stating that the system failed seven technical and three functional standards.
