Power grid failures?

Editor: Across this United States of America are numerous power grid failures: Customers are paying increasing charges through fees, taxes, and surcharges, with increasing irresponsibility by the Utilities Commission and Oversight. Is it time for taxpayers to demand a thorough audit or investigation as to where all the tax dollars have gone for bridges and highways, internet, and schools?
