Fatality crash closes S.H.97 east of Floresville

Law-enforcement personnel are investigating a crash on S.H 97 at F.M. 539 in which one person has died. The crash, around 7 a.m Thursday, involved a motorcycle and a pickup. The highway was closed earlier to traffic and is now open to one lane only, alternating traffic in each direction. Members of the Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol and Wilson County Sheriff’s Office remain on the scene. No further information is a available at this time.
