Editor: The Constitution and the provisions of The Impoundment Control Act of 1974 have not been followed by many of President Trump’s Executive Orders. All United States Congresspeople and the President take an oath of office to support and defend the Constitution and to follow the laws of the United States. President Trump is not following the laws related to congressional control of federal government spending.
