Elmendorf Library receives two grants

Aqua (Texas) Central Texas Area Manager Benton Cripps (left) and Field Supervisor Barry Dobbs present a grant of [post_excerpt],000 to Elmendorf Community Library Manager Darlene Hicks for the library foundation, which filed two grant applications with Aqua’s The Essential Foundation.
