Making progress for Victory Elementary School

The foundation of Victory Elementary School in Elmendorf takes shape March 6 in the Hickory Ridge subdivision. The school is set to open for the 2026-27 school year. It’s part of the East Central Independent School District’s 0 million bond, approved by voters in 2022. District voters will go to the polls May 3, to decide the fate of a new bond, totaling 9 million, which includes a new high school.
