Dry, windy conditions create critical fire weather across South Central Texas for Monday, into the week

(3/18/2025 update) All of South Central Texas is under a Red Flag Warning until 9 p.m. tonight, March 18, 2025. A Fire Danger Statement has been issued by the National Weather Service for all of South Central Texas for Monday, through 10 p.m. In addition to the critical fire danger, a Red Flag Warning is in place along and west of the I-35 and I-37 corridors.
