Tradition Elementary students advance to State competition

Tori Keyes (left) and Alyzabeth Molina, fifth-graders from Tradition Elementary in East Central Independent School District, display their San Antonio Regional History Day Contest entries. Alyzabeth’s project, “Women’s Determination to Vote,” received first place in the Elementary Individual Division, and Tori’s “America, Segregation, and Civil Disobedience: How Rosa Parks and Other Leaders Started a Peaceful Revolution” received second place. Both students will advance to the State competition in Austin.
