School voucher concerns

Editor: The Texas State Senate recently passed a bill funding State monies for student vouchers. This bill allows more State funding per student for vouchers than funding per student in the public school system. This bill would allow state funds to be used for private religious schools and will most likely increase tuition rates for most private schools after receiving funds through this voucher scam.
