Lady Mustangs win first District game

The Nixon-Smiley Lady Mustangs traveled to Stockdale on March 21 to face the Stockdale Lady Brahmas in District play. Both teams entered the game with 0-2 records in the District. Still, Head Coach Ben Donahoe expressed a positive outlook for this match because the girls had productive practices throughout the week, particularly in hitting, evident on the field Friday night under the lights.
