Rodriguez is National Abacus Bee Champion

East Central Independent School District announces that Fabian Rodriguez, a 7th-grader at Legacy Middle School, is the National Champion at the American Printing House Abacus Bee, a prestigious competition for students with visual impairments. Fabian represented Texas at the national event, which took place in Louisville, Ky., earlier this month.
