Kaleo Academy Robotics teams shine in Vex IQ contest

Two elementary competition robotics teams at Kaleo Academy are showing their prowess, placing in recent robotics contests. Team Awesomeness Kaleo consists of fourth-and fifth-grade boys, including Jonathan Girard of Schertz, Zane Millikan of La Vernia, and a teammate from San Antonio. Team Pug Power is a co-ed team comprising girls in the fifth and sixth grades, including Elijah McKinley, Floresville; Xavier Tidwell, Spring Branch; and Nina Girard, Schertz.
