[Video below] Stockdale may soon be seeing new home development in the city. The Stockdale Economic Development Corp. (SEDC) approved at the March 18 meeting to sell a recently acquired 2.47- acre property. The SEDC swapped ownership of another property with the city of Stockdale to arrange the property sale. Located on the corner of N. Eighth and W. Wheeler streets, the property will be purchased from the SEDC by a private real estate developer for a total of ,000.
