Deadline April 3 to register to vote May 3

The deadline is Thursday, April 3, to register to vote in local elections on May 3. Area residents will go to the polls to determine bond elections for the Floresville and East Central independent school districts, and elect members to city councils in Floresville and Nixon, and the La Vernia and Falls City school boards. Atascosa County voters also will vote on a representative to the Evergreen Underground Water Conservation District.
