Sign up for Cooking Well with Diabetes class

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension-Wilson County Agent Nicole Demmer will offer Cooking Well with Diabetes, a free diabetes educational program. The program will be a two-session instructional class on Tuesdays, April 8 and 15, from 10 a.m. until noon in the Texas A&M AgriLife Meeting Room 10, 1103 Fourth St. in Floresville. Lesson topics will include carbohydrate foods and the plate method, sweets and desserts, adding healthier fats to your plate, and filling our plates with more fiber and flavor, along with cooking demonstrations.
