Poth welcomes alumna Kara Lucherk as head volleyball coach

Kara Lucherk has been selected as the new head volleyball coach for the Poth Independent School District. Coach Lucherk was set to be introduced to the district trustees at their March 24 meeting. A 2010 Poth High School graduate, Lucherk was a member of Poth’s 2009 State Volleyball Championship team. She ran track and cross country at Texas State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science in 2015.
