Floresville council may consider Rise Broadband fiber project continuation

[Video below] Broadband may be given the OK to resume the fiber Internet project which led to a gas explosion in Floresville last July. The fiber Internet company sought permission from the Floresville City Council March 27 to resume its fiber installation in the city. The company has been under a “stop work” order from the city since last July, when a Rise Broadband subcontractor struck a utility main and caused a gas explosion on H Street in Floresville.
