WCRSP attend Day at the Capital

Members of Wilson County Retired School Personnel (WCRSP) attend the Texas Retired Teachers Association’s Day at the Capitol on March 26. Members visited the House and Senate as well as met with legislators in person. They thanked legislators for their support of public education and the recent cost-of-living raise which was the first in 16 years. All public-school retirees, as well as active educators, are welcome to attend the next meeting Thursday, April 10, at 5:30 p.m. in the Floresville United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall at 1205 B St. in Floresville.
