Development will impact residents

Editor: Re: “County: Heritage Woods won’t be a ‘trailer park,’” March 26 As the owner and manager of the largest neighboring property to the new Heritage Woods subdivision, I, and other adjacent landowners, have been monitoring this development since the inception. What should most concern the residents of Wilson County is that a developer was able to submit covenants and restrictions to the county, have it go through the entire platting and approval process, be voted on and approved by the Commissions Court, only to have the terms of the development completely changed.
