Ministerial Alliance wants to bring .Night to Shine' to Floresville

Susan Schwartz with Stomping Ground Day Services and Dr. Claude Hungerford with the La Vernia Ministerial Alliance ask the Floresville City Council March 27 for use of the Floresville Event Center for a “Night to Shine” prom event. Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, is an annual prom event held around the world and across the United States for members of the special needs community, ages 14 and up. Seventy-two countries, 625,000 guests, and more than 1 million volunteers participate in the annual event, Schwartz said.
