Floresville honors Rose Holcombe with Spirit of Community Service award
Rose Holcombe, director of the Floresville Food Pantry & Resource Center (center), is surrounded by friends and loved ones as she accepts a Spirit of Community Service award March 27 from Floresville Mayor Gloria Morales Cantu and members of the Floresville City Council. “Rose has been the heart and soul of our Floresville Food Pantry, rain or shine,” said Cantu.
