COURT UPDATE

The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Tony W. Smith, 46, of Floresville was originally sentenced in March 2022 to four years of deferred adjudication community supervision on a charge of possession of between 1 and 4 grams of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1. During his probation, he was charged with manufacture or delivery of between 4 and 200 grams of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1.
