Lexi Quinney receives prestigious DPS Chief's Award
Lexi Quinney, the director of support with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Intelligence and Counterterrorism Division (ICT), has been recognized with the DPS Chief’s Award. The award honors her efforts to identify and investigate human trafficking and threats to children. Quinney was surprised with the recognition March 24, presented by Derek Prestridge, acting chief of the Training Operations Division. Quinney embarked on her career with the Texas Department of Public Safety on Dec. 15, 1999, as a customer service representative in the Driver License Division.
