H-E-B offers grants to help plant trees across Texas

H-E-B is looking to support nonprofits, municipalities, and civic organizations interested in planting native trees in publicly accessible areas. Through its Trees for Texans program, the retailer is making ,000 grants available for tree-planting projects for schools, parks, and communities. Eligible nonprofits must apply by May 30 at ourtexasourfuture.com/trees-for-texans. Grant recipients will be notified in July. Customers can participate by donating from April 9 through May 6 at H-E-B registers in store and online when placing Curbside and Home Delivery orders.
