FEDC plans to pilot small business rewards app

[Video below] Shoppers in Floresville will soon be seeing rewards for purchasing from local businesses. The Floresville Economic Development Corp. (FEDC) will pilot a small business rewards program through an app called bludot.io., which incentivizes consumers to shop at local businesses, keeping local dollars local. According to Bludot Technologies Sales Director Matt Moloney at the April 14 FEDC meeting, the rewards program is free to both consumers and the local businesses involved, which will be selected by the FEDC.
