Vouchers -- they're here; now what?

Editor: The Voucher Bill, long touted and promised by Greg Abbott, has passed. Public schools, as once known in Texas, might seem to have no future, at best. People are likely to want to abandon them in droves but where are they going to go? It will take years to transition this in, but public schools have no future now if they don’t change the public’s opinion of them.
