California man faces charges for sexual assault of Floresville minor

A 20-year-old man has been arrested in Wilson County and faces charges for sexual assault of a child, after traveling from California to meet a minor girl in Texas. On April 14, Wilson County Sheriff’s Deputy Joseph Martinez was conducting a routine patrol in the early morning hours along F.M. 775 near Encino Drive south of La Vernia.
