Beavers take on Bulldogs, slide into playoffs

The Falls City varsity Beavers played their last home game on Friday, April 25, against the Three Rivers Bulldogs. The Beavers lost, 1-7, but still completed the season in second place in District. Their Bi-District playoff games will be a best-of-3 series against Ben Bolt in Three Rivers. Game one is Thursday, May 1, at 5 p.m. in Three Rivers. Game two will be 30 minutes after game one, and game three will be Saturday, May 3, at 11 a.m., also in Three Rivers. Watch for playoff updates at wilsoncountynews.com.
