Poth senior Aiden Reed expresses his excitement after throwing 59’7.75” in the 3A boys shot put event at the May 1 UIL State Track and Field Meet in Austin. Not only did he earn the gold medal for shot put for 3A, he also broke his 2024 personal record with this throw. Congratulations! See more from the State meet on page 9B.
