Arrowhead residents' fight for clean water lands in Texas State Capitol

“[CSWR] purchased the well in September of 2020 and removed the sand filtration system in early 2021,” said Carrie Wilcoxson of the Arrowhead subdivision near Floresville, where she and her neighbors have been dealing with extremely discolored water for more than three years.
