Juvenile in custody after threat to Floresville Middle School

A juvenile has been taken into custody for a threat made toward Floresville Middle School, according to the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office. Law enforcement was made aware of the threat and quickly identified the juvenile, who was taken into custody May 17 and charged accordingly.  This is a separate incident that occurred over the weekend, and is not related to the May 15 incident in Floresville Independent School District, which is still being investigated, the sheriff’s office emphasized.
