Chain-reaction collision on S.H. 97 involves three vehicles

Law enforcement and emergency responders investigate an accident May 17 on S.H. 97 just east of Floresville. According to a bystander, the crash involved an 18-wheeler traveling west which rearended a small passenger car, also westbound, as it attempted to turn left into a church parking lot in the 700 block of S.H 97. The car was pushed into oncoming traffic, where it collided with an Amazon delivery vehicle, according to Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol Trooper Dila Hidalgo.
