[Video below] Jake Lamberth has officially resigned as board president of the Floresville 4A Corp. Lamberth served as the corporation’s president since August 2024 and resigned during the May 20 board meeting after being elected to Floresville Council Place 3 during the May 3 election. Board Secretary Brian Gray will operate as interim president for the time being. Board members opted to wait for a full board to make any nominations to fill the vacant president position, or restructure board positions.
