Wilson County commissioners cite 'deficiencies,' deny final plat for Hidden Ranch subdivision

[Video below] Hidden Ranch subdivision near Floresville has been denied approval of a final plat for its Unit 2B, pending certain requirements by Wilson County. Hidden Ranch subdivision is located off F.M. 2579 in northwestern Wilson County. Unit 2B is northeast of the existing development, near C.R. 168. The final plat was determined as “unfavorable” by the Wilson County Development Review Committee May 7.
