The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Monte Miller, 59, of San Antonio was originally sentenced in September 2019 to four years of deferred adjudication and ordered to pay 6,129.29 in restitution, after pleading nolo contendere (no contest) to a charge of Medicaid fraud valued at between 0,000 and 0,000, for alleged fraud in January 2008. An April 2023 amendment to his sentence extended his community supervision by 24 months, to conclude in September 2025, and required him to pay ,896 per month in restitution until paid in full....
