Gov. Abbott signs water bill; Arrowhead fight continues

The push for clean water in Wilson County’s Arrowhead subdivision has led to new water legislation in Texas, but the fight against the Central States Water Resources-Texas utility (CSWR) is not over. With the work of Texas State Sen. Judith Zaffirini, alongside Arrowhead resident Carrie Wilcoxson, two water bills passed through the State Legislature and made their way onto Texas Gov.
