City of Stockdale adopts new utility bill extension policy

Stockdale utility customers can get a little extra time to pay their utility bills. The Stockdale City Council unanimously approved a new city ordinance designed to extend the payment deadline for city utilities. City Manager Stephen Mayfield presented the proposal to council members June 2.
