Preston Taggs takes ESD 5 oath of office

Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol Trooper Preston Taggs (second from left) is appointed by the Wilson County Commissioners Court to the Emergency Services District (ESD) 5 board of commissioners May 27, after being sworn in by County Judge Hank Whitman (third from right) during the meeting of commissioners. ESD 5 provides fire and rescue services to a large portion of western Wilson County, including the city of Floresville.
