Flooding closes part of Floresville River Park

[Video below of rising water] The bottom portion of Floresville’s River Park along the San Antonio River is closed, due to flooding following the recent heavy rainfall.     City officials are closely monitoring the area to determine if the entire park will be affected and closed off.     Updates will be provided if the situation changes, the city said.     A flood warning for the San Antonio River has been issued by the National Weather Service-Austin/San Antonio through Sunday morning, June 15, due to the anticipation of moderate flooding.
