The Roger Winkler Memorial Foundation gives back to the community through scholarships. Wilson County recipients have an opportunity to receive 0 to [post_excerpt],000 scholarships through community services helping to keep Texas highways clean during the year and volunteering at the foundation’s Bingo events at Kosciusko Hall.
