East Central softball celebrates historic season

Before an epic run through the Class 6A Division I playoffs, it would have been fair to say that the 2025 season for the East Central Lady Hornets softball team had had a good, yet not great, season. Despite 11 losses in the regular season, EC mustered an 8-4 record in district play. Head Coach Maggi Welham’s squad finished in third place and would take part in the postseason once again.
