Floresville votes 'no' on Andy Joslin rehiring

[Video below] Andy Joslin will not be rehired as the city manager of Floresville. The Floresville City Council emerged from an executive session June 12 after discussing the lawsuit, Andy Joslin vs Evelyn Garcia in her official capacity as City Secretary. Joslin — who served as city manager twice — was fired by the former city council in an open session in December 2024, after allegations of misuse of public funds and low performance evaluations.
