Live performance of 'Remembering Juneteenth' at The Alamo June 19
The Alamo will host “Remembering Juneteenth” on Thursday, June 19, at 9:30 a.m. in The Alamo’s Plaza de Valero. The 25-minute live performance is free to the public and explores the emancipation of enslaved African Americans through first-person narratives of formerly enslaved Texans. The Plaza de Valero is located in San Antonio at 300 Alamo Plaza, in front of the Menger Hotel. For information, visit TheAlamo.org.
