COURT UPDATE

The following defendants were among those listed on recent dockets for the 81st District Court in Wilson County: •Adam Sanchez, 42, of Floresville was originally charged with prohibited substance in a correctional facility, when he allegedly possessed alprazolam in the Wilson County Justice Center in July 2016. He was granted a motion to dismiss the charge May 28, due to conviction in another case. •John G. Champion, 28, of Floresville pleaded nolo contendere (no contest) June 2 to two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after allegedly shooting at two individuals in August 2021.
