Officers seek wanted man in Shannon Ridge area north of Floresville

Update (3:32 pm July 1, 2025): The Wilson County Sheriff's Office advises that officers successfully apprehended Kevin Scott Higgins, 23, in the Shannon Ridge subdivision north of Floresville after receiving information that he was in a residence in the 100 block of Shannon Ridge Drive.   Deputies, assisted by La Vernia Police Department K9 Officer C.J. Markgraf and K9 Bohoc, and officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol and Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife, responded to the report of the suspect's location.
