La Vernia youth help flood victims

The recent floods in Kerr County galvanized three La Vernia high school students into action. Masyn Morrow, an incoming junior, and incoming seniors Peyton Stahl and Peyton Dylla came together days after the flood and organized a donation drive within the La Vernia community to collect and donate to Comfort and surrounding areas affected by the flooding. Masyn — the junior class president for the 2025-26 school year — is active in varsity golf, FFA, and Debate.
