Join the Guadalupe County Republican Women on Thursday, Aug. 14, 5:30 p.m., for a “happy hour” meeting at Lake Breeze Ski Lodge in McQueeney. Guest speaker will be District 44 State Rep. Alan Schoolcraft. There will be a cash bar and light snacks available. No RSVP is required. Lake Breeze Ski Lodge is located at 225 Ski Lodge Road in McQueeney.
