Miracles happen Will Graham of the Billy Graham association shared an inspirational story from a survivor of the devastating July 4 floods in Kerrville. Graham relayed the story as told to him by “Rebecca,” who tried unsuccessfully to rescue her elderly bedridden mother from the next room. “To her horror, the flooding had already entered her mother’s room.” The force of the water made it impossible for her to open the door to gain access.
